Unfortunately rafting has become less accessible over the last few years as more damns have been built along the Coruh River. Day trips are possible based on the damn release schedules. Typically each morning the damn is opened, but there is no predictable schedule. The Firtina River is also available for Rafting in the Kackar mountians, but is accessible from the Black sea coast near Rize.
